Certified New Start-Up Program
Prior to beginning each new account, we schedule a pre-walk thru with your management and our staff. At this meeting we go over all your needs, closing procedures, safety, chemical and equipment requirements, job specifications, hot spots, immediate focus, etc. During the first few critical weeks, we also perform walk-through inspections on a regular basis, to make sure that you are happy with how things are going!
After a New Start-Up, we continue to support you on a regular basis. Supervisors routinely stop by to perform quality control inspections. In addition, we are always available to perform inspections with you at your convenience.
We are always performing thorough quality control inspections of your accounts to make sure that the cleaning is being performed properly and that you are satisfied. We also have an internal Quality Control department that is separate from operations, that will be contacting you on a regular basis to make sure that you are satisfied.
Because you are a valued chain or multiple unit customer, we will assign you your own private account manager to make sure that you are happy all the time and that all your needs are met.
